These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Interned ("Interned", "we", "us"), an internship discovery platform connecting students and companies in Pakistan. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Interned.
Interned lists internship opportunities from companies we've verified, and lets students browse, filter, and apply to them. Anyone can browse listings without an account. Applying, posting internships, and managing a company profile require an account.
You must be at least 16 years old to create a student account. If you're registering a company, you must have the authority to act on that company's behalf and the information you provide must be accurate.
Interned has two kinds of accounts: student accounts and company accounts. Each Interned account (identified by your sign-in) can only be one or the other, not both. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Companies go through a review before they can post internships. Verification confirms basic legitimacy (e.g. that the company and its details appear genuine) — it is not a guarantee or endorsement of the company, its listings, or any outcome of applying to them. Once approved, a company is responsible for the accuracy of everything it posts, including role details, compensation, and deadlines.
We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove a company or a listing at any time, including for misleading listings, fake or pay-for-a-certificate schemes, or any other violation of these Terms.
Depending on how a company sets up a listing, you'll either apply directly through Interned or be directed to an external application method. Interned is not a party to any resulting hiring decision, offer, or employment relationship — that's entirely between you and the company. We don't guarantee a response, an interview, or a hire from any application.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (your profile details, resume, company information, listings, etc.). By submitting it, you give Interned permission to store, display, and share it as needed to operate the platform — for example, showing your resume to a company you've applied to, or displaying an approved company's listing publicly.
Interned is currently free to use for both students and companies.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. You can stop using Interned at any time; contact us if you'd like your account and associated data removed.
Interned is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, that applications will be reviewed, or that any internship will result in an offer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interned is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes, losses, or issues arising from interactions with companies or students you connect with through it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Interned after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
